I just read a great quote that made me think about my triathlon friends, especially those TriGirls who are trianing for IMFL 2007:

That's you guys! That's why you're out there at 6 a.m. in the freezing cold, running 1/2 mile repeats and timed miles, then going to 90 minute cycling classes. You have tremendous spirits and indomitable wills.
