I just discovered that Richmond has our very own professional Triathlete, Karen Holloway. Her website is http://www.karenholloway.com/index.html. I posted it to the right for future reference under "Some of my favorite sites." I read her journal today and am awed by the amount of training she does regularly.

Karen also coaches a great Masters class at Tuckahoe Y on Wednesday nights - free to Y members! I just wrote a blog post about her class!
